The King Smith R1 Pro is a hybrid walking pad and treadmill, so you can walk and run with one space-saving machine. With the handrail down you can slide it under your desk to walk while you work, and then lift the handrail to get in a running workout. Plus it comes assembled and ready to go right out of the box.
