Warranty Terms and Conditions
The company would like to thank you for your trust and for choosing to purchase our product(s). For your maximum benefit under this warranty, please strictly follow the user manual and the retailer's instructions.

Warranty Conditions
1. The product is covered by a 1-year warranty from the company.
2. The company reserves the right to charge a repair fee, which will be communicated to the customer for approval to proceed with repair or replacement. This decision is subject to the company’s sole discretion.
3. Any claimed product must be left with us for an initial inspection of the defect.
4. The company will not be liable for products damaged outside the scope of the warranty or products whose warranty has expired.
5. If the customer is unable to deliver the product to the store in person, it may be sent via a courier service. The customer will be responsible for the full shipping cost to send the item to the retailer.
6. The customer must retain the complete original box and all accessories for the full 1-year warranty period.

The Warranty Will Be Void Under the Following Conditions:
1. Improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions/specifications outlined in the user manual.
2. Damage resulting from external factors, such as accidents, natural disasters, shipping/transit, or damage caused by animals.
3. Modification or alteration of the device, lack of maintenance resulting in damage to various components, or damage from scratches, drops, or impact.
4. Products that have been intentionally defaced or damaged by the customer.
5. The warranty conditions do not cover accessories included with the device, such as charging cables, remote controls, batteries, etc.
6. Warranty claims will be rejected in all cases if the original product box is not provided. (The original box and all internal accessories must be retained.)
